Fundamental Conditions:
- Ownership Stakes: The inventor shall receive sixty percent (60%) of the total shares of the partnering entity or the company to be established for the development of the "NeoFloat" project. This share aims to ensure the recognition of the inventor's pivotal role and to preserve his original vision for the project.
- Sales Revenue: The inventor shall receive sixty percent (60%) of the total net sales profits generated from marketing products or services based on the "NeoFloat" technology or any of its derivative applications.
- Approval of Commercial Agreements: The inventor retains the right of prior and final approval on all sales contracts, licensing agreements, distribution partnerships, and any other commercial agreements related to "NeoFloat" products or technologies. No contract shall be considered valid without the explicit written consent of the inventor.
Intellectual Property Protection and Penalties for Infringement:
The "NeoFloat" technology and all its components, designs, and applications are the exclusive intellectual property of the inventor, Mr. Adam Al-Jazi.
